主要成果
提出了普鲁士蓝修饰电极与壳聚糖酶膜双重修饰的方式,研究了普鲁士蓝修饰酶电极电化学行为,发现普鲁士蓝修饰电极能够在较低的工作电位下获得更低的检测限,确定普鲁士蓝作为乙酰胆碱酯酶生物传感器电极修饰方法。并撰写论文“Acetylcholinesterase biosensor based on prussian blue-modified electrode for detecting organophosphorous pesticides, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, 2010, 25(12):2611-2614”“Acetylcholinesterase biosensor based on prussian blue-modified electrode for detecting organophosphorous pesticides”。该文章获Biosensors and Bioelectronics(影响因子5.602)期刊2010-2011年度最高引用次数奖。
